RPS Construction Services, LLC specializes in new home design and construction as well as other services to satisfy your home improvement needs! Owned by Bob Streiff, a second-generation builder, Bob created RPS based on his education and work experience in the construction industry. He received a B.S. degree in Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in the fall of 1995. He worked for nearly a decade as a superintendent for a large Twin Cities-based commercial contractor prior to starting RPS. Bob's hard work and dedication is expressed in every project he is involved in no matter the size or complexity.

Bob is a state-certified Wisconsin Uniform Dwelling Code (UDC) building inspector as well. The UDC sets uniform statewide construction standards that apply to all one and two family dwellings built in the state of Wisconsin. These credentials keep RPS current with all the existing as well as changing construction codes.

What distinguishes RPS from other building contractors is the diversity within the company. Bob works side by side daily with his crew,and has trained them to become versatile in several areas. "I am fortunate to employ a small group of highly talented, extremely motivated workers. I have worked on a variety of commercial projects prior to the inception of RPS.
